You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is dispatched.

We hope you love your items and are satisfied with your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened and unused in a re-saleable condition, and this must be done within 14 days of the point of receiving the product(s).

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order since we aim to process all orders as soon as possible.

All delivery methods do not consider bank holidays or weekends, please take this into account.
